For a second offense of driving with a suspended license, you will be subject to penalties of a $750.00 fine, additional suspension time of up to 6 months and a mandatory 1 to 5 days in jail.
3rd Offense
A third-time offense for driving with a suspended license subjects you to the following penalties; a fine of up to $1000,00, an additional suspension of up to 6 months and a mandatory 10 days in jail.
