Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Bloomfield College in Northern New Jersey in 2004. As an undergraduate, he was a member of the cross country team and recognized for his outstanding academic achievement. He was granted an honors scholarship to attend Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he received a Juris Doctorate in 2008.
His judicial law clerk experiences include work with the Honorable Joseph R. Rosa, J.S.C., the Honorable Deborah Ustas, J.S.C., and the Honorable Harry G. Carroll P.J.S.C, formerly of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Criminal Division. Judge Carroll is now seated in New Jersey’s Appellate Division.
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey in both the State and Federal Courts, Charles E. Tempio is a long-time member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and Passaic County Bar Association.
When he is not in the office or in court, he is often spending time running or exercising. You can also find him out fishing on one of the many lakes in the Wayne area.
